Please note: we want to ensure clarity regarding our process for addressing pet problems.We typically start with a discussion about your pets needs. Following this initial discussion, we may offer an appointment, a drop-off option if immediate appointments are unavailable, or if the situation requires Immediate treatment. Please also be aware that drop offs will be seen between already scheduled appointments and procedures. At times, when our schedule is already full with 3-4 drop-offs, we may suggest seeing the pet at the end of the day as an emergency case. Please note that we CANNOT schedule dental work nor surgeries, including spays and neuters, through an online request. Please call for an appointment and we would be glad to assist you!
